1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account data — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you create an account.
• Workspace & content — organizations, brands, guideline documents, uploaded assets, and comments you create in the Service.
• Billing data — when you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We receive limited details (plan, status, transaction identifiers) but do not store your full card or bank details.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the Service.
• Product analytics — only if you accept analytics in our cookie panel (you can change this at any time from the “Cookies & accessibility” button), we use PostHog to understand how the Service is used (pages visited, buttons clicked, features used, and session recordings of how screens are used). Once you sign in, this is linked to an internal account identifier, not your name or email. Text you type into form fields is masked and not recorded, and we do not record our internal admin tools. We honour your browser's “Do Not Track” setting. We do not use this data for advertising and do not sell it.
• Cookies — strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and protect against fraud; analytics uses a first-party identifier (cookie / local storage) to recognise a returning visitor. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To process subscriptions and generation credits.
• To send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, service notices).
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Email delivery — our mail provider sends transactional email such as verification codes.
• Cloud hosting & infrastructure providers — to run the Service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the public.

4. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content or close your account, we remove or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection.
